Option 1 Staffing is actively seeking a Service Coordinator for one of our TOP growing clients in San Jose, CA. To be successful in this role, candidates should be resourceful, have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and strong written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Answer service-related phone calls and work to maintain excellent rapport and prompt communication with clients.
• Schedule planned maintenance calls in coordination with service department labor management.
• Track and coordinate the delivery of orders and scheduling of subcontractors with clients, sales, and field personnel.
• Provide continual follow-up on open work orders including completion status, client notification, internal updating, reporting etc.
• Work daily to close all eligible open work orders to ensure timely invoicing.
• Generate weekly billings and assist company A/R staff to ensure timely payment of invoices.
• Provide support to sales and project management staff as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of directly related work experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Have the ability to thrive and multitask in a professional and fast-paced environment
• Construction experience is a plus!
