$24 – $26/hour

Responsibilities:

• Answering high volume incoming phone calls regarding home/auto plans
• Responding to customers’ questions and concerns via emails and phone calls
• Address verification
• Checking claims & balances
• Heavy data entry

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer service experience answering high-volume calls
• Experience working with home and auto insurance
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Comfortable using MS Office
• Bilingual is a plus!
