Contract to Hire

San Jose, CA – On-site

$25 – $28/hour

Option 1 Staffing is actively seeking a Retirement Plan Specialist for one of our TOP clients. Apply now to work with a seasoned and well-established employer who has been in the Bay Area for 40+ years. The ideal candidate should have exposure to pension plans, and be a quick learner with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to questions regarding pension plans in a professional and timely manner concerning issues or questions.
  • Respond to participant’s questions and inquiries via email and phone.
  • Monitor retirement plan accounts and provide regular reports.
  • Perform research as needed to respond to retirement plan questions.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of directly related work experience
  • Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Exposure to working with pension plans
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required
