$30 – $34/hour

Our client, a seasoned and well-established employer who has been in the Bay Area for 40+ years is seeking a Sr. Administrative Assistant to join their team. Responsibilities:

• Answer and properly direct incoming calls
• Schedule as needed
• Filing and updating various databases
• Develop and maintain general and confidential files
• Prepare professional documents including memos, letters, and emails
• Attend and prepare materials and type meeting minutes
• Mail Distribution

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience providing administrative support
• Knowledge of various insurances (PPO/HMO)
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
• Experience planning ahead and managing time effectively
• Excellent communication skills
• Type 50 wpm
