Option 1 is currently looking for a bright and motivated HR Coordinator for one of our TOP clients in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills with a basic understanding of HR applicable laws and regulations for California. Responsibilities:

• Maintains employee records.
• Review resumes and track applicant status.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and assist new hires through the onboarding process.
• Assist with record audits and mandatory reports (I-9 audits, payroll audits, and other compliance reviews).
• Distribute monthly Anniversary and Birthday reports.
• Maintains accurate records of active job openings and receiving applications.
• Completes verifications of employment.
• Assist with recruiting of open positions as needed.
• Perform other admin duties and HR projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources
• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
