Option 1 is currently looking for a driven and professional HR Coordinator for one of our TOP clients in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills with experience managing new hires, onboarding, and answering benefits-related questions. Responsibilities:

• Maintains employee records.
• Review resumes and track applicant status.
• Manages the day-to-day benefits, new hires, terminations, open-enrollment, and benefits-related questions from staff.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and assist new hires through the onboarding process.
• Assist with record audits and mandatory reports (I-9 audits, payroll audits, and other compliance reviews).
• Set up interviews and facilitate appointments, prescreen, and check references.
• Coordination of meetings, training, forms retrieval, assist with open enrollment, quarterly compliance, etc.
• Maintains accurate records of active job openings and receiving applications.
• Completes verifications of employment.
• Performs file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
• Perform other admin duties and HR projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience with benefits is required
• Bachelor’s degree
• ADP Workforce Now is a plus!
