Option 1 Staffing is currently in search of a Business Application Manager for a TOP growing nationwide Biotech company. In this critical role, you will partner with business leaders and their team members to analyze, develop, and optimize work processes. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assess business problems and processes to identify actionable opportunities for improvement, design solutions, and determine financial impact.
• Create corrective and preventative action plans, and creatively envision, design, and implement future state processes for the global finance team.
• Support strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior management and business partners.
• Perform root cause analysis.
• Partner with experts to identify the metrics of success required across business units and cross-functional teams.
• Perform QA testing of new features to ensure that requirements are met, and user experience is as intended.
• Manage and track the status of project lifecycles; and redefine, as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 3+ years of directly related work experience
• 2+ years experience utilizing SAP FICO
• Exposure to Project Management
• Comfortable working with local and international teams
• Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus!
• Good analytical and critical thinking skills
• Quick learning ability and easy adaptability to new environments
