Administrative Associate

3-month Contract

Palo Alto, CA – On-site

$24 – $28/hour

One of our TOP clients is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Associate to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity to grow your administrative experience by assisting visitors, faculty, and management with a variety of projects and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• First point of contact assisting visitors, employees, faculty etc.
• Triage incoming calls and emails to the appropriate individuals.
• Prepare conference/meeting materials as needed.
• Purchase office supplies and submit work orders.
• Organize and stock office materials and kitchen supplies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years experience providing administrative support
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with Office 365
• Upbeat and professional attitude
