Support Center Associate

6-month Contract 

Hayward, CA

$30 – $33/hour

Option 1 Staffing is actively recruiting for a Support Center Associate with a TOP 10 hospital in the nation! To be successful in this role candidates should have excellent customer service skills and an understanding of inventory control/management practices, techniques, and systems.

Our client is urgently looking to fill this position!

Responsibilities:

• Answers and processes telephone calls and interacts with customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Accurately input data into required systems.
• Maintains department records and files.
• Problem-solves and ensures the delivery of customer satisfaction at all times.
• Keep up to date on changes in policies and procedures.
• Develop reports concerning asset location utilization and metrics to report on a daily, weekly, & monthly basis.
• Extract and analyze inventory data to help with efficient and effective inventory management.
• Monitors all inventory issues and ensures effective resolution.
• Collaborate with vendors and distributors as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Degree
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• Supply Chain knowledge
• Detail Oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication
