Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

6-month Contract

$25 – $28/hour

Option 1 Staffing is actively recruiting for a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for one of our best clients.  In this role, you will be responsible for performing an array of functions that include receiving and processing incoming stock/materials, unpacking shipments, and recording deliveries.  The ideal candidate should have strong communication, be reliable, and a great team player!

Responsibilities:

• Restocking shelves, consolidating pallets, lifting, and organizing boxes
• Managing organization of warehouse and storage areas
• Checks for shipping damage and coordinates resolution with shipping supervisor
• Records actual shipments, deliveries, and pickups on appropriate documents and logs
• Package fulfillment, and sorting
• Ensure the warehouse is safe, clean, and orderly
• Perform additional warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience
• Knowledge of Cycle Counting
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Healthcare experience is a plus!
