Property Administrator

Direct Hire

Mountain View, CA – On-site

$60,000 – $68,000

Option 1 is currently recruiting for a Property Administrator for Direct Hire with a TOP commercial real estate group in Mountain View, CA. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for the company working with tenants, vendors, and service requests while supporting 4 Property Managers. The ideal candidate should be someone who has a cooperative spirit, is compassionate, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• First point of contact answering and transferring incoming calls and emails
• Assist Property Managers with monthly report compilation, as needed
• Respond to all Service Requests
• Schedule non-monthly services with tenants, as needed
• Obtain and maintain current Certificates of Insurance for all vendors
• Track the expiration and renewal process of Tenants
• Perform daily follow-ups with vendors to ensure completion
• Issue renewals as directed by Property Managers
• Inputting information and expiration date into the database
• Data Entry

Qualifications:

• 2 years of administrative experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to pick up new technologies quickly
• Professional communication skills
• Experience working in Commercial Property Management is a plus!
