$22 – $25/hour

Our TOP healthcare client is seeking a professional Medical Receptionist with experience working with benefits and estimates. Excellent contract-to-hire opportunity with hands-on training. Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for greeting and checking in patients, physicians, vendors, and visitors
  • Answering incoming phones and emails
  • Scheduling and follow-up regarding patients’ appointments
  • Verifying patient’s insurance eligibility
  • Update patient’s file records
  • Enter accurate data into the system

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of directly related work experience
  • HS Diploma
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience working with EPIC is preferred, willing to train
  • Bilingual is a plus!
