Graphic Designer

3-month Contract – Hybrid

$30 – $35/hour

Option 1 Staffing is actively recruiting for a Graphic Designer with a TOP 10 Hospital in the nation. As the Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for executing the development of thoughtful, and innovative materials including flyers, posters, brochures, banners, emails, templates, digital graphics, social media sites, etc. Candidates should have the ability to work with flexibility, efficiency, and diplomacy, both individually and as part of a complex team effort.

Responsibilities:

• Construct creative graphic designs for a variety of print, online, and direct mail advertising materials.
• Develop thoughtful and creative concepts, artwork, and layouts for sites and other online projects based on briefs and client meetings.
• Create web assets that precisely reflect the organization’s goals, and objectives.
• Assures standards, templates, quality control checkpoints, and reviews are in place to deliver all materials that represent the level of quality expected.
• Executes design and graphic production processes required to produce the final creative product.
• Works with hospital and marketing leadership to support the creative objective and development of any plans needed for projects.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of directly related experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Skill at negotiating consistently high-quality results under tight deadlines
