Financial Analyst

Option 1 is currently recruiting for a Financial Analyst with one of the most highly sought-after Bay Area employers. As the Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling complex data, consolidating budgets, designing monthly financial reports, and preparing financial presentations.

Responsibilities:

• Construct and assemble data for budgeting and decision making; develop conclusions, and present high-level summary of recommendations.
• Capture, track, and report consolidated revenues, transfers, and expenses.
• Perform and design ad hoc analyses of large data sets, including those with complex organization and accounting structures.
• Analyze financial transactions and information to summarize fiscal position.
• Prepare and present quantitative and qualitative analyses focusing on variances.
• Conduct analyses and resolutions and recognize exceptions. Participate in developing solutions that may require policy changes or the development of new processes.
• Create and analyze monthly and ad hoc budget and financial reports.
• Develop and build presentations and reports of complex financial data and metrics.

Qualifications:

• 4 years of directly related work experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven ability to perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines
