Our client, a TOP growing Medical Device company, is seeking an experienced Controller to join their growing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the organization’s overall financial accounting management, while providing executive management with comprehensive financial information in order to accurately guide effective financial strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Establish financial plans, manage cash flow, review financial statements, and advise on ways to reduce the month-end and year-end days required to close.
• Analyze monthly and quarterly financial statements for fluctuations and anomalies and work closely with FP&A team.
• Oversee the integration of financial modules, streamline accounting processes, and ensure regulatory compliance to enhance overall financial reporting and control functions.
• Oversee accounting operations, including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Inventory, Cost Accounting, and revenue recognition.
• Drive the strategic initiative to build out cost accounting capabilities, with a specific emphasis on implementing standard costing methodologies.
• Act as a liaison between upper management and the accounting teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 10 years of directly related work experience
• Medical Device experience is highly preferred
