Executive Assistant – Direct Hire

Palo Alto, CA – Hybrid

$100,000 – $120,000

Our client, a TOP Bay Area employer, is seeking an articulate and proactive Executive Assistant to join their prestigious department. In this critical role, excellent written and verbal communication is a must as the individual will interface with staff, senior leaders, and board members in a fast-paced environment while being asked to prioritize with a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate executive’s calendar to schedule appointments and engagements with competing priorities
• Plan and book complex domestic and international business travel
• Create expense reports while managing financial reimbursements
• Coordinate special projects, events, meetings, seminars, and other activities with others internal or external to the organization
• Attend meetings, take meeting minutes, and assume responsibility for the completion of action items

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 5 years experience providing C-Level support
• Experience in Healthcare/Biotech/Pharma is a plus
• Background in project coordination is a plus
