Senior Accountant

$60 – $70/hour

Remote – To be considered, candidates MUST reside in California 

Are you a mission-driven accounting professional who thrives on variety and purpose-driven work? We’re seeking a Senior Accountant to join our client’s finance team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you’ll provide critical support across a range of high-impact initiatives, including financial reporting, donor and government gift projects, general accounting, account reconciliations, and audit readiness. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing core accounting responsibilities with project-based work that supports both internal stakeholders and external funding partners.

You’ll play a key role in month-end close, journal entries, grant and donor fund tracking, audit preparation, and special projects, making a tangible impact on the financial integrity and operational efficiency of our organization.

Qualifications:

• Power Automate/Platform experience
• Minimum 5 years of directly related work experience
• Bachelor’s degree
