We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Research Coordinator to join our multidisciplinary team where clinical research meets biodesign, artificial intelligence, product development, health outcomes, economics, and policy.

As a key member of our client’s collaborative team, you’ll work alongside clinicians, statisticians, qualitative researchers, health economists, engineers, and biodesign experts, as well as residents, post-doctoral fellows, and students. Responsibilities:

  • Plan and perform research tasks requiring initiative and judgment by applying basic knowledge and understanding of scientific theory when precedents do not provide specific guidance
  • Participate in the development and administration of survey instruments and rating scales requiring judgment in applying non-routine procedures
  • Analyze and summarize results for review with the supervisor
  • Audit the accuracy and validity of data
  • Review and audit case report forms for completion and accuracy with source documents, and ensure compliance with protocols
  • Identify, select, extract, and summarize data and structured information
  • Present summary of findings to supervisor
  • Conduct literature searches, and write literature summaries, requiring preliminary judgments after the supervisor outlines a conceptual approach
  • Build and organize data as requested by the principal investigator or supervisor
  • Adapt new, nonstandard methods outlined by the supervisor in designing and evaluating phases of projects,
  • Assist with development, communication and design of program offerings and/or research findings to internal and external audiences, which may include web updates, newsletters, social media, and/or white papers, for use in recruitment, educational, or awareness of programs, with guidance from supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of directly related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous education/training/experience as well as conducting literature reviews to identify study design options
  • Experience creating power point presentations
  • Prior clinical data experience is strongly preferred. Knowledge of Excel, RedCap, and statistical software (e.g. Stata) is a plus!
