Payroll Analyst – TOP Healthcare Client!

Are you an experienced Payroll Analyst looking for an exciting opportunity to work for a large healthcare organization?

Look no further!

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our client’s team on a long-term contract with possible conversion. As the Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and verifying timekeeping records, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring that employee data is accurate. To be successful in this role, candidates must have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of internal staff.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Peoplesoft Payroll screens, time, and attendance software.
• Analyze to ensure the accuracy of the collective bargaining agreement’s pay rules, translate those rules into system config, and perform analysis to be able to determine accuracy or error.
• Reconcile employee entitlements.
• Process separations.
• Confirm data and submit tickets.
• Analyze shift, on-call, call-back, and differential pay in a 24-hours setting.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 2 years experience handling high-volume payroll (300+ employees)
• Solid understanding of labor laws and payroll best practices
• Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
• Excellent communication skills
• PeopleSoft experience is a plus!
