Logistics Associate – Contract

Come work for a TOP 10 hospital who operates on the global stage here in beautiful Palo Alto.  As the Logistics Associate you will play a crucial role in ensuring the hospital is able to operate in an effective and efficient manner.  To be successful in this role candidates must be reliable, detail-oriented, and have experience working with large volumes of inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Builds and replenishes multiple carts for basic bedside patient care and surgical procedures
• Demonstrate the ability to assess, identify, and respond to urgent requests in an efficient, effective, and appropriate manner
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
• Ensure timely delivery and pick of orders for supplies and linen
• Coordinate with services to track, store, maintain, and distribute medical equipment
• Restock inventory

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Minimum 2 years of directly related experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
