As the Inventory Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in the management, distribution, and optimization of medical supplies across hospital and ambulatory care settings. This is a hands-on opportunity to drive operational excellence and support frontline healthcare teams by maintaining an efficient, responsive, and cost-effective supply chain.

Responsibilities:

• Initiates the acquisition of all inventory supplies and is directly responsible for all items stocked in all distribution and par-level areas
• Ensures that supplies and equipment are properly received and delivered in a timely manner to the proper destination
• Maintains all off-site storage areas
• Maintains fixed/movable asset records
• Inspects inventory and supply areas for compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and standards, and takes corrective action when needed
• Ensure that all supply storage areas are maintained in a clean and orderly manner
• Conducts and supervises periodic and annual physical inventories
• Establishes and maintains department performance metrics
• Interviews, hires, trains, reviews, and evaluates staff
• Establishes and updates policies and standard work for the department

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply distribution management
• Bachelor’s degree
• LEAN certification (preferred)
• Understanding of GPO and distributor relationships
