Option 1 Staffing is actively recruiting for a Finance Manager with a TOP Bay Area employer. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for analyzing business operations and identifying improvements by monitoring trends and compiling and analyzing key performance indicators. Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the department to ensure the achievement of functional and budget/financial goals
• Prepares the department’s annual budget requests
• Ensures financial records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards
• Develop and implement projects and programs to assist in the accomplishment of established goals
• Provide variance explanations for business cycle transactions
• Interview, select candidates, and train as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of directly related work experience
• Healthcare experience is required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to foster effective working relationships
• Ability to manage, organize, multi-task, and adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to mediate and resolve complex problems and issues
