Option 1 Staffing is actively recruiting for a Finance Manager with a TOP Bay Area employer. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for analyzing business operations and identifying improvements by monitoring trends and compiling and analyzing key performance indicators.

Candidates must have Hospital experience to be considered for this role!

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the department to ensure the achievement of functional and budget/financial goals
• Manage end-to-end budgeting
• Prepares the department’s annual budget requests
• Ensures financial records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards
• Develop and implement projects and programs to assist in the accomplishment of established goals
• Provide variance explanations for business cycle transactions
• Interview, select candidates, and train as needed

Qualifications:

• Hospital experience required
• Must have experience using EPSi or Strata
• Minimum 5 years of directly related work experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to foster effective working relationships
• Ability to manage, organize, multi-task, and adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to mediate and resolve complex problems and issues
