$200,000 – $230,000 + Bonus

Our client is seeking a professional and experienced Director for Supply Chain Analytics for one of our TOP clients. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for establishing, administrating, and managing the Supply Chain Systems, data governance/integrity, and analytical functions. To be successful in this role, candidates should be dynamic, adaptable, and quick learner with a strong track record of building analytics capability in Supply Chain.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develops & executes against a system-wide approach for supply chain integration within inventory management principles that lowers the total cost of distribution and inventory management functions
  • Responsible for budget development and ensuring continual oversight
  • Improve quality, service, and transparency with data analytics to stakeholders
  • Drive system-wide optimization of workflows through the training, use, and implementation of technologies
  • Recruit, select, and retain highly qualified professionals
  • Provide the leadership necessary to maintain a motivated, productive, and highly skilled team
  • Drive highly visible projects
  • Work cross-functionally to structure problems, analyze opportunities, and work towards solutions
  • Leverage Supply Chain technology solutions currently in place to create optimal efficiencies

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior-role in Supply Chain
  • Experienced in heavy analytics projects and technology design, build to implementations
  • Previous experience in Workday, Lawson, PeopleSoft, Arc-Helios, or other large Supply Chain EMR’s/Systems.
