Customer Navigator 

3-month contract

On-site – Palo Alto, CA

$28/hour

Our client, a TOP 10 hospital in the nation, is currently seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Navigator. If you have exposure to healthcare this is an excellent opportunity to BOOST your healthcare career with a nationally recognized organization.

Our client is actively interviewing and has multiple openings available!

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients, their families, and visitors entering the hospital and clinics
• Provide clear and concise verbal and written instructions
• Offer assistance in locating services, facilities, or patients
• Confirms time and place of patient appointments, provides directions, and/or escorts guests to their eventual destination, as needed
• Respond immediately and appropriately to injured persons, agitated/escalating individuals/situations in the hospital entrance environment, contacting healthcare providers and/or security as needed
• Serves as the primary point of contact for patients throughout the service experience

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a healthcare setting
• HS Diploma
• Comfortable with Office 365 Skills
• Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
