Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary daily liaison for the Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) and key supplier partners, ensuring consistent communication and issue resolution
• Evaluate financial, contractual, and operational data to identify opportunities for standardization and improvement, and maintain documentation to support Category Management activities across all initiative stages
• Partner with operational leaders to negotiate product, category, and service agreements that drive optimal pricing and contract terms
• Track and assess contract utilization, supply chain system performance, purchasing patterns, and value-based outcomes to ensure targets are met
• Promote organizational policy compliance by educating hospital departments and coordinating efforts with Finance, Compliance, Legal, and Risk Management teams
• Provide strategic recommendations to sourcing leadership and help develop or implement process enhancements to strengthen overall supply chain performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare sourcing, value analysis, procurement, or category management within a clinical environment
• Proven experience evaluating, selecting, and onboarding service providers in areas such as Human Resources, Marketing, and Consulting
