Accounts Payable Manager – AP Automation

Menlo Park, CA

$80 – $85/hour

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Accounts Payable Manager with a strong emphasis on AP automation to join a nationally recognized healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financial operations, a proven track record of leveraging automation tools (particularly within Workday ERP), and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily AP operations
  • Lead special projects and automation initiatives
  • Design P2P stats/dashboards
  • Develop and implement training materials, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency, and conduct training sessions

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable procedures and AP automation
  • Proficiency in Workday ERP system, Automation tools, and P2P stats/dashboards
  • Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency
  • Minimum 5 years of accounts payable experience
  • Minimum 2 years os supervisory experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
