Accounts Payable Analyst

6-Month Contract

Livermore, CA – Hybrid

$32 – $34/hour

Option 1 Staffing is actively recruiting for an Accounts Payable Analyst with a nationally recognized healthcare organization. As the AP Analyst you play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our client by reviewing and resolving a variety of complex payment issues. To be successful in this role candidates should have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform vendor payment reconciliation on a monthly basis.
• Monitor all invoices and accounting issues, resolving any escalated issues.
• Research invoices/vouchers, PO match exceptions, and other payment issues.
• Manage vendor relations and build effective partnerships.
• Process various reports and metrics reporting to monitor SLA compliance and trends to improve processes.
• Manage the full accounts payable cycle from receipt of invoices to payment.
• Support internal and external customer disbursement and accounts payable inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of recent AP experience
• Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred
• Accurate and detail-oriented
• Experience using Lawson ERP is a plus!
• Experience using Workday ERP is a plus!
