Once we understand the specific requirements of the position to be filled, we begin our search.
Our greatest source of candidates is employee referrals, so that’s where we start; then reach out to our network and post the position to our job board. When we’ve identified suitable prospects, we launch the screening process.

• In-person interview or on line interview by trained Recruiter
• Skill assessments for almost all areas of expertise and software types
• Professional references checked
• Interview with client either by phone or in person
Once you have decided on the right candidate we can conduct a background check and a drug screening at your request. That’s it. We’ll handle all the paperwork and transition activities. We’ll stay in close touch with both you and the candidate throughout the process.

Contract to Hire
• Interview pre-qualified applicants for your permanent positions
• For a 65 working day trial period, the employee is on our payroll as a temporary employee
• This program allows you to feel secure with your hiring decision before the employee is transferred to your payroll because there is no obligation to keep him/her unless you’re 100% satisfied
Direct Hire
• Interview only pre-screened qualified personnel
• One-time, flat fee based on a percentage of the salary with a guarantee of job satisfaction
