Accounting Manager

$75 – $80/hour

Option 1 is actively seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join one of our top clients—a company that values innovation and growth. In this role, you’ll take the lead in managing all operational accounting functions, ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities:

• Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual close
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and daily cash postings
• Manage prepaid expense reconciliations
• Manage fixed asset reconciliations
• Maintain employee expense reimbursements
• Overseeing general accounting and general ledger transactions
• Oversight of AP/accruals and payroll JE closing activities
• Cash management and treasury responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of directly related work experience
• Experience with Workday ERP
• Experience leading the monthly and quarterly closes
• Strong understanding of US GAAP
• Bachelor’s degree
