Manager of Data Analytics

$125,000 – $145,000

Option 1 is currently recruiting for a Manager of Data Analytics with a nationally recognized Healthcare organization. As the Manager of Data Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing data analysis processes, guiding a team of analysts, and leveraging data to inform business decisions.

DIRECT HIRE, FULLY BENEFITED POSITION!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting to identify trends and insights
• Validate supporting documents and tracking of payments
• Track trends, risks, and/or violations
• Collect all necessary documents and coordinate information with legal departments
• Analyze and interpret reports using statistical techniques
• Collaborate with legal and management to prioritize business and information needs
• Manage a team of data analysts, providing mentorship, and fostering professional development

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant Lead or Management experience
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Data Analyst
• Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred
• SQL, Tableau, Python
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience using Workday is a plus!
• Healthcare experience is a plus!
