Contract to Hire

San Jose, CA – On-site

$22 – $25/hour

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a medical office/healthcare setting in a patient-facing role, have excellent oral and written communication, and outstanding customer service skills. Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for patients, physicians, vendors, and visitors
  • Check-in patients
  • Answering incoming phones and emails
  • Scheduling and follow-up regarding patients’ appointments
  • Verifying insurance
  • RTE (Real-Time Eligibility)
  • Data Entry

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of directly related work experience
  • HS Diploma
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience working with EPIC is preferred, but willing to train
  • Bilingual is a plus!
