Option 1 Staffing is currently recruiting for a Strategic Finance Director with one of our TOP healthcare clients. In this role, you will play a crucial role in constructing and updating the long-range business and valuation modeling for the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Capital Portfolio Management
• Manage/Coordinate Capital Governance Group with VPs
• Long Range Planning / Including 3 to 5 year capital/equipment planning
• Pro Forma development for new initiatives
• Develop Operational Strategic Initiatives to drive savings or generate revenue
• Assist in Annual Budgeting Process by building in accountability for the Strategic Initiatives
• JV/M&A transaction pro forma and analysis
• Assist in Ad Hoc requests

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of directly related work experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Master’s Degree is a plus
• Healthcare experience is a plus!
