The Senior Director/Director of People Operations will lead the People Operations and HRIS areas. Reporting to the Chief People Officer and working in close collaboration with Business Managers and the Talent and the Compensation teams, this position is responsible to provide high-quality end-to-end HR operations and support services in US and Israel. This role will be a strategic business oriented, hands-on results-focused leader, with a people, processes and systems focus to deliver awesome employee experiences, which are simple, stress free and enriching.
  •  Working closely with the Chief People Officer, to build the People function as a strategic function with a focus on providing a High Tech- High Touch employee experience
  • Partnering with senior leaders and the Head of Talent & Compensation to identify, prioritize, and implement key hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, retention, engagement & Total Rewards initiatives
  • Crafting and continuously improving systems and processes by leading the implementation of Workday & other People technologies to maximize efficiency and efficacy, while supporting compliance across key HR workstreams.
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure collection, accuracy, and access for key people data across the organization: empowering leaders to make evidencebased people decisions.
  • Responsible for all Employee Relations issues and managing D&I initiatives
  • Staying abreast of changes to local/state/federal laws that may impact or require new or changes to Personnel Policies and internal processes.  Serving as an exceptional role model, leader, and manager – investing deeply in supporting and developing People team members and growing their capacity to learn, contribute, and engage in the work of the organization.

Education Requirements
  •  Bachelor’s degree required; masters is a plus Experience Requirements
  • 8 to 10 years of proven experience in the management of People operations with exposure to HRIS Systems. Workday experience will be an added advantage
  • Experience scaling operations and/or providing HR support to remote/hybrid workforces
  • 3-5 years as a People Manager managing a team
  • Knowledge of federal and state (CA) regulations related to administration of HR operations & data systems
  • Professional Human Resources Certification (SHRM-SCP or SPHR)
  • Real Estate and/or Mortgage industry experience will be an added advantage
