Option 1 Staffing is currently recruiting for a Sr. Accountant to join a fast growing hospital with a world class reputation. Excellent salary, benefits and perks! The Senior Accountant will be involved in the normal accounting job duties including Month End Close, Financial Reporting Etc but they will also get very nice exposure to other parts within the Finance and Accounting org. This is a 95% remote with an occasional meeting in the office.
This position will have a broad range of responsibilities including assisting with month end close activities, journal entries, financial reporting, balance sheet and income statement reconciliations, account analysis and special projects. The candidate should have a BS Degree in Finance or Accounting with 3+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience with strong GAAP and G/L knowledge. Ability to manage and analyze large amounts of data desired, strong overall communication skills and advanced knowledge of Excel .
