The ideal candidate should have exposure to healthcare, be tech savvy, and be a quick learner. This is a great opportunity to maximize your strengths and serve as the main point of contact for patients and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• First point of contact welcoming and checking in patients
• Assist visitors, patients, and vendors as needed
• Scheduling follow-up appointments
• Perform insurance verification
• Real-Time Eligibility
• EOBs (explanation of benefits)

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of healthcare experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience using EPIC is a plus!
