Option 1 Staffing is working with a growing company in the Transport industry to hire a skilled and motivated Office Assistant to provide support with various administrative duties. Are you a hard worker who loves handling multiple projects at once with a positive outlook? Then we have the Office Assistant opportunity for you. The Office Assistant is a long-term contract opportunity and is located in the Palo Alto, CA
Responsibilities
– Route calls to the appropriate parties
– Copy, faxing, and filing for multiple departments
– Submit data accurately
– Maintain office facility
– Thorough understanding of word processing and spreadsheets highly valued
– A willingness to take on both small administrative tasks and high visibility requests
– Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds
– Jr. Administrative Assistance experience or some work experience required
– Proficiency in Paper Filing
– Foundational knowledge in Booking Appointments
– Finish tasks independently
