Option 1 Staffing is currently recruiting for an Office Assistant who will report directly to the Operations Manager, This is a contract to hire position, The Office Assistant must be a team player, have excellent customer service skills and possess strong prioritizing abilities and organizational skills. Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task and work independently. We are looking for a Candidate who want to learn and grow their career.

Duties and Skills:

  • Matching invoices
  • Accounts Receivables-Collections
  • Answering incoming calls and making necessary outgoing calls
  • Taking messages for staff as needed
  • Maintain Appearance of Office and surroundings


  • 6 + months of previous office experience in a similar role
  • Retail supervisor experience a plus
  • Enjoy working with numbers
