OPTION 1 Staffing has an immediate need for a HR Assistant to support our client’s Talent Acquisition Team. Preferably someone who has a healthcare background and has Occ Health cleared you can start immediately!!!

Your responsibilities:

  • Assist with planning new employee orientation meetings
  • Service employee database records
  • Manage a number of administrative duties

  • Capability to interact with all levels of staff in a rapidly quickly changing environment while maintaining an approachable and appropriate demeanor
  • HR (Human Resources) experience
  • Strong familiarity with meeting coordination and planning
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Administrative Assistance
  • Experience with Email Correspondence
  • Adeptness in Conduct Interviews
  • Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks
  • Advanced in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and exercise good judgment and discretion in handling and disseminating information
