OPTION 1 STAFFING is currently recruiting for a medical front office receptionist/jr. admin. This position is working in a Stanford Clinic and is the first point of contact. Must have excellent customer service skills, good phone manner and some medical experience. Great team, salary and benefits.

DUTIES:

· Answer phones

· Connect students to counselors

· Schedule appointments

· Work in a Dr.’s office or some medical experience desirable

· Excellent customer service skills

· Able to multi-task
