3)      Previous customer service experience interacting with patients over the phone.

4)      Medi-Cal/Medicare billing experience is a plus.

5)      Is a team player, works well with others, is open to learning new things, and has the ability to be flexible with change.

6)      Hours would be 8 – 4:30PM. In office for training, then would switch to in-office 2 days a week and 3 days remote. This is dependent on how quickly the candidate picks up.

7)     COVID precautions with mask-wearing, temperature checks, and social distancing enforced while in the office.

8)     $22- $24 an hour
