Option 1 Staffing is seeking a Jr. Administrative Assistant to assist the Executive Assistant of a small financial firm. This is a great opportunity if you are ready to take the next step in your career. Duties:

  • Prepare meeting materials for executive and team
  • Assist with PowerPoint presentations for meetings
  • Help Executive Assistant with travel logistics and research
  • Help organize team events and off sites
  • Run errands for executive and team
  • Assist with gift buying
  • Arrange lunches and coffee for executive and team
  • Work on specific team projects as needed

This is a great way for someone in hospitality or customer service to switch gears into the corporate world! Ability to multitask, an out of the box approach to initiatives, and an outgoing personality are all crucial in this role.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service with a “white glove” approach
  • Superior communication skills, unquestioned integrity, and the experience, confidence and presence to work directly with high-level Executives
  • Positive attitude, no task too big or too small
  • Desire and capability to work as a team player
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, solution and detail-oriented
  • Able to work well in an ever-changing environment
  • Outlook and Microsoft Office proficiency is a must
