The hands on IT Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the set-up, configuration, continuous operation, scale-up, integration, workflow automation, and maintenance of our Client’s Business Systems. The scope of software support of the business applications includes SalesForce, ServiceCloud, NetSuite, Propel, Shopify, and our Client’s website.. The IT Project Manager is responsible for maintaining current technical knowledge of ERP, QMS, PLM, and other ecommerce Information Systems.
