OPTION 1 Staffing is seeking a seasoned Full Cycle Recruiter/HR Assistant to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will be vetting candidates, supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department. In this role, the Full Cycle Recruiter/HR Assistant will support the Human Resource Department with posting jobs, scheduling interviews and sending offer letters. You will assist the staff/faculty with on-boarding and off-boarding tasks, and maintenance of HR records and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in human resources, 3 years of corporate HR experience, proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite, and strong organizational and time management skills. This role is slated as a contract to hire role and can compensate $40.00 an hour.
