Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, this role will drive cross-functional business planning and deliver value-added business analysis across the Company. The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will work closely with senior management to define and report on meaningful financial and operational metrics to drive insightful and data-led business decisions and actual performance against key metrics and goals.  This role will also be a strategic partner to both the VP of Finance and the CFO and will work collaboratively with other departments to create new processes, enhance existing reports, and work on automation to further scale our business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ​Works closely with senior management to develop, generate and maintain the business’ annual and long-term financial plans
  • Builds financial models and analyses with little guidance, draws conclusions and makes recommendations that deliver results and drives improvements
  • Develops and provides detailed analysis and insightful commentary on various aspects of financial performance, including actual results and projections
  • Prepares business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions
  • Delivers competitor analysis, market trends and associated commentary to the Leadership team
  • Utilizes BI tools to deliver efficient and meaningful insights into business performance
  • Evaluates previous budgets and expenditures to develop and implement future budgets
  • Communicates results and recommendations to senior management for improvements that will lead to cost reductions and gross margin improvements
  • Demonstrates appropriate understanding/working knowledge of accounting principles and key business metrics
  • Manages a team of Financial Analysts


  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant analytical experience, including interfacing with management, operations and individuals outside of the company
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Advanced financial modeling skills
  • Significant analytical skillset, including the utilization of BI and reporting tools
  • Effective at project management, organization, prioritization and execution of impactful initiatives
  • An independent, logical, and framework-based thinking with the ability to generate ideas and develop insightful analysis and reporting
  • Demonstrated experience thinking strategically about complex business problems, uncovering data-driven insights and creating actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
  • High level of commercial acumen
