Option 1 Staffing is currently recruiting for a  Manager-End User Services for one of our Top Clients!

You and your team will support the end entire user community of the organization. providing excellent superior customer service with technical leadership.

Job Summary:

​Manage daily schedule and responsibilities for support staff consistent with organizational goals and objectives. Key responsibilities include, analysis of support requests to determine potential improvements to service delivery, manage allocation of resources to ensure effective delivery of services to customers and manage large-scale roll outs of new technologies and upgrades. Prior experience working with Service Now preferred.


  • Manage, review and direct daily activities of 10 plus direct reports and contractors.
  • Defines End User project delivery process, procedures and best practices.
  • Ensures the proactive delivery of effective and efficient services to departments and users.
  • Manage the introduction of innovative products, services and processes to the customer base.
  • Improving overall customer experience.
  • Design and implement road map and infrastructure needed to drive growth and operational success.
  • Manager and maintain a detailed budgets.


  • Engineering background preferably in End User Device
  • Technically proficient in SCCM
  • Technically proficient in Imaging and creating Task Sequences
  • Technical understanding of InTune, AutoPilot and O365
  • Able to troubleshoot complex.
  • Able to assess team member skill set and develop minimum level of technical knowledge standards for team
  • Also enforce team training to ensure minimum is achieved by all team members
    • Proficient in managing large scale projects such as annual refresh of hardware and special projects such as Windows 7 to Windows 10 migration
    • Able to work with other technical leaders in the organization such as Desktop Engineering and Networking
    • Focus on process improvement and automation.
  • Needs to be able to assess current ticket load and determine how automation of root cause analysis can reduce ticket volumes by 20%
  • 8-10 Years of Technical and Management experience


Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Computer Science or related field.
