Customer Service Specialist

3-month Contract

Palo Alto, CA

$23/hour

If you have 2+ years of customer service experience and experience working with inventory this is an excellent opportunity for you! Great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a nationally recognized healthcare organization providing hands-on training. If you are reliable, organized, and have strong customer service skills we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service as you will be interacting with patients, medical staff, vendors, and visitors
  • Respond to urgent requests in an efficient and effective manner
  • Track and maintain medical equipment
  • Replenish hospital materials

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Minimum 1 year of inventory
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Healthcare experience is a plus!
