Customer Service Representative – Insurance

$25 – $28/hour

Candidates should have strong customer service skills, and an interest in Home, Auto, and Liability insurance. Excellent attention to detail with a professional demeanor are needed to be successful in this role. Responsibilities:

• Managing incoming calls from clients related to their insurance policies
• Process new applications, policy changes, updates per client’s request
• Assisting customers with their inquiries about policy details, claims, premium and more
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to all inquiries within specified time
• Maintain and update monthly renewal list

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• HS Diploma
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Comfortable using MS Office
• Exposure to Home, Auto, and Liability insurance is a plus!
• Bilingual is a plus!
