Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule calendars while resolving meeting conflicts
• Scheduling and organizing conferences, seminars, and events
• Answering and directing incoming calls and emails to the appropriate line
• Process reimbursements
• Serve as liaison with internal and external vendors
• Maintain office supplies and equipment
• Flexible and adaptable personality
• Excellent communication skills

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience providing administrative support
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
• Comfortable working with Office 365
