The Administrative Assistant/Front Desk Coordinator provides general office support. This includes answering calls, welcoming and assisting guests and visitors. I
Top 3 Things:
Hours: 8-5 M-F
General: this is an On-site role Monday-Friday 8-5. Not too busy of a lobby right now but will be once students come back on campus 9/14. Greet people coming in, very high level guest come to visit, fellows, scholars . They will be working closely with the Manager of People Operations (part of HR department) Must have some experience with financial processing. Candidate needs to be polished and able to handle strong personalities, as they will be seeing many high-level guests come through their doors.
Requires a self-starter with highly developed communications skills (diplomatic and interpersonal). A high level of discretion with strong emphasis in effective communication and proven successful experience are essential. This position requires the ability to work and interact with varied personalities and a high degree of cooperation and willingness to assist with all projects, events and matters.
