Accounts Payable (AP)  Manager

Menlo Park, CA

$80 – $85/hour

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Accounts Payable (AP) Manager to hit the ground running with a nationally recognized healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financial operations, strong leadership skills, and hands-on experience with Workday ERP. You will be instrumental in mentoring a high-performing team and supporting the organization’s commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily AP operations
• Manage accounts payable staff
• Coordinate clean-up initiatives
• Month-end close activities
• Implement training materials, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency, and conduct training sessions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of accounts payable experience
• Minimum 2 years os supervisory experience
• Experience with Workday ERP
• Bachelor’s degree
